RxHC does not:

• Provide medical diagnosis.
• Practice medicine.
• Prescribe medicines.
• Operate hospitals or clinics.
• Conduct diagnostic testing.
• Dispense pharmaceutical products.
• Replace professional medical consultation.

All medical decisions remain solely between patients and licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RxHC platform, you confirm that you:

• Are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Will provide accurate and complete information.
• Accept the Company's policies and procedures.

Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

4. Eligibility

To use RxHC services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform through a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Not be prohibited by applicable law from using our services.

Healthcare Advisors, hospitals and other partners must also satisfy applicable registration, licensing and onboarding requirements established by RxHC.

• Follow-up coordination.
• Healthcare Advisor support.
• Hospital coordination.
• Diagnostic coordination.
• Pharmacy coordination.

Availability of services may vary by location and partner participation.

6. User Registration & Account

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Updating profile information when it changes.
• Promptly notifying RxHC of any unauthorized account access.

RxHC may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading or fraudulent information.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully.
• Provide truthful information.
• Respect healthcare professionals and partners.
• Avoid misuse of the platform.
• Not upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Not impersonate another individual or organization.

8. Healthcare Advisor Terms

Healthcare Advisors must:

• Complete registration and KYC requirements.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct.
• Obtain required customer permissions before sharing information.
• Comply with applicable laws and RxHC policies.
• Avoid making false representations or unauthorized medical claims.

Advisor participation is subject to continued compliance with the Advisor Agreement and platform standards.

9. Hospital & Partner Terms

Hospitals, diagnostic centres and pharmacy partners agree to:

• Maintain all applicable registrations and licences.
• Provide accurate operational information.
• Cooperate in coordination activities.
• Comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.

Partnership does not create an employer-employee, agency or joint venture relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Patient Services

Patients may use the platform to request:

• Appointment coordination.
• Documentation assistance.
• Healthcare navigation.
• Follow-up support.
• Information regarding participating partners.

RxHC does not guarantee clinical outcomes or treatment results.

11. Appointment Coordination

RxHC will make reasonable efforts to coordinate appointments with participating healthcare providers. However:

• Appointment availability is determined by the healthcare provider.
• Rescheduling or cancellation may occur due to provider availability, emergencies or operational circumstances.
• RxHC is not responsible for delays caused by partner institutions or patients.

12. Documentation Assistance

RxHC may assist users with the collection, organization and submission of documents required for coordination or administrative purposes.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are accurate, complete and up to date.

13. Payments & Fees

Certain services may require payment. Users agree to:

• Pay applicable fees before service activation, where required.
• Use authorized payment methods.
• Review pricing before confirming transactions.

Subscription fees, service charges and partner packages are subject to the published pricing and may change with prior notice.

14. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy available on the website.

Where services have already been delivered, refunds may not be available unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures, courts having jurisdiction over Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

27. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law before pursuing litigation, where appropriate.

28. Changes to Terms

RxHC may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the website, mobile application or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
