Hospitals, diagnostic centres and pharmacy partners agree to:

- Cooperate in coordination activities.
- Comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Partnership does not create an employer-employee, agency or joint venture relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Appointment Coordination
